Week-end cottage in Bisserup, Denmark.

 

Description of location:

 

The cottage is located near a small charming fishing-town called Bisserup, a town with approximately 500 citizens, and not crowded with tourists.

Bisserup does not only have the ocean in the near vicinity it is also surrounded by meadows, forests and fields. The water is clean and clear (indicated by the blue flag).

Near the harbour in Bisserup a lovely inn with a restaurant is located, and on the harbour itself it is possible to buy fresh fish and other delicates every Friday and Saturday all year round.

In Bisserup you can also find a shoppingcenter open 7 days a week. Not to mention a kiosk and a well-assorted icehouse.

Moving a little bit away from Bisserup the caste of Holsteinborg can be found, this is where the great Danish writer H.C. Andersen wrote “The Christmasttree”. A lot of the park surrounding the castle is open for the public.

 

Week-end cottage description:

The house is located on a 1700 m2 piece of land in the first row towards the water. Between the house and the water there is a meadow that is about 125 metres wide. On the property large trees grow, and the property itself is rather undisturbed. It also has a octagonal teahouse. On the property there is room for two parked cars. It is also allowed to bring a maximum of 2 dogs.

 

The week-end cottage is designed for a maximum of 6 people and consists of the following rooms:

 

A bedroom with a doubblebed (consisting of 2 beds)

 

A bedroom with four beds, divided between 2 bunks.

 

A living room, where also a completely equipped open kitchen is located.

 

A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

 

A 30 m2 verandah facing south complete with roof and covering from the side.

 

From the living room, kitchen and the verendah there is ocean view.

 

In the house there is both electrical heating and a fire oven. There is cold and hot water, a stereo, a television with a satellite dish. Also a washing machine.
